How do I apply for an online account?
- Apply for an online account at www.capstoneimaging.com
- Click on “Apply for New Account”
- Fill out all required forms and Fax it to us.
- Your Login ID and Password will be emailed to you within 24 hours
Can I change my password once I receive it?
- Yes! In fact, we recommend that you change your password once you’ve been emailed your login ID and password
How will I know if an item is in stock?
- When you add an item to the cart, it will tell you if the item is available or backordered.
Will I be contacted if an item I ordered is out of stock?
- Yes. Your sales representative will notify you via phone or email.
I need help with the website. Who should I contact?

How current is the information online?
- Capstone Imaging’s e-Commerce Website is a live program. All information is continuously updated.
Who do I contact if I ordered a wrong item?

May I add/delete an item after submitting an order?
- Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, you may not add/delete an item online. You may call and cancel the item ONLY if the item has not been ordered by our Purchasing Department and/or the item has not been packed and/or shipped yet.
